Halloween at the Lundbergs

Pumpkin Carving~Branson's 1 week old!

When Branson was a week old, we had the family over to carve pumpkins a couple days before halloween. His Aunt Kathleen, Uncle Dennis, and cousin Gregory were able to come and meet the baby for the first time too. It was a perfect night to be outside and we were glad to have everyone over.

My Sister came to visit

The weekend after Branson was born, my sister Melanie came in town to visit and see the new baby. I was still recovering from everything, so we mostly just hung out around my house with my dad, watched football, and ate. It was so nice to see her and I am so glad she got to meet and fall in love with her new nephew. Hopefully soon he will get to meet his cousins!

Baby Branson is finally here!!

On Sunday, October 21st at 9:26 pm, Baby Branson was born!

Christopher and I arrived at the hospital at about 9:30 am on Sunday morning and were admitted shortly after. We were so excited that I went into labor on my own, since we were scheduled for an induction at 3pm that day. Everything went very well in the hospital and most importantly, Branson arrived perfectly healthy and happy. He was born 8 days past my due date at 21 inches long and 8 pounds 13 ounces (How did he get so big?). We got home from the hospital on Tuesday and have been adjusting to life with a baby for the last couple days. We are getting it down a little better, but Christopher and I are both pretty exhuasted from the long nights. Branson is so adorable and I think we fall in love with him even more every minute! He is our little angel and we are so thankful for such a wonderful blessing. We are taking pictures of everything, so hopefully we will keep this very updated!
